Mediation Place was founded in Ottawa in 2002, and at that time included family mediation and conflict resolution skills training among other services. In 2017, Pamela moved to the beautiful Sunshine Coast in British Columbia and has re-established her practice there. She is specializing in workplace mediation and conflict coaching for individuals.

Pamela, a graduate of Carleton University (BA Political Science, MA Legal Studies and Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution (GCCR), and a registered nurse, has had a varied career in government, business and health care. Her experience includes both management and advisory positions at the national and international levels. The knowledge gained has stimulated an abiding interest in supporting healthy workplaces.

Over the years, much of her work has been with people in conflict and crisis situations. As well, she has coached new mediators in the Carleton University, Department of Law- Conflict Resolution Program, and law students in the University of Ottawa, Department of Law. She has trained with some of the leading mediators in North America and brings this powerful blend of experience and learning to her current practice in workplace mediation and conflict coaching.
